1. Design and Manufacturer of Heat Conducting Oil Heater Usually a high expansion tank is set up to insulate the high temperature heat carrier from direct contact with the air. The high tank can be protected by nitrogen charging. If the electric heating oil furnace manufacturer does not have nitrogen charging protection, it should maintain a certain level and equip with a minimum level alarm. 2. Filters should be installed at the entrance of circulating pump A filter should be installed at the circulating pump population and the filter core material should be able to filter suspended polymers. 3. Blackout protection In case of sudden power failure, effective safety measures must be taken to avoid overheating of heat conducting oil and metals on heating surface. The main measures are: (1) Opening all furnace doors, quickly removing fuel from the furnace, bringing a large number of cold air into the furnace, and rapidly lowering the furnace temperature. At the same time, shut down the main oil outlet valve quickly, open the oil discharge valve, release the high temperature oil slowly into the oil storage tank, and let the cold oil in the expansion tank flow slowly into the boiler to take away heat in time; (2) configure the standby oil pump driven by the standby power supply or gasoline engine, and start immediately once the power is cut off. 4. Periodic testing The physical and chemical indexes of heat conducting oil should be determined and analyzed regularly, the quality changes of oil should be mastered in time, and the reasons for the changes should be analyzed. Organic heat carriers must be renewed or regenerated if their performance index values exceed a certain range in the course of use, otherwise they can no longer be used. 5. Replenish new oil Regular and appropriate supplementation of new heat conducting oil can basically keep the residual oil in the system stable. Supplementary heat conducting oil should be the same brand product produced by the same manufacturer. Different organic heat carriers should not be mixed. In the hot running system, the cold medium without dehydration can not be directly added. The heat conducting oil added to the boiler must be pre-boiled to remove moisture. |
