Electrically heated oil furnace is a new, safe, efficient, energy-saving, low-pressure and high-temperature heat supply special industrial furnace. It is a kind of direct current special industrial furnace, which takes electricity as heat source, heat conducting oil as heat carrier, uses circulating oil pump to force liquid phase circulation, transfers heat energy to heat equipment, and then returns to heat from scratch, so that the heat can be transferred continuously and reciprocally. The temperature of the heated object increases to meet the technological requirements of heating. The planning concept and requirements of electric heating oil furnace are as follows: 1. There should be a certain margin between the heat load of the electric heating oil furnace and the useful heat load, which generally fluctuates from 10% to 15%. 2. The planning temperature shall be determined by its application temperature, and shall be planned with reference to the relevant delimitation in "Strength Calculation of Water Pipe Boiler Original Parts". 3. Planning pressure should be slightly higher than the maximum working pressure and not less than the open pressure of the safety valve. 4. Planning should start from the point of view of economy and safety, and plan an appropriate temperature difference for the operation of electric heating and heat conducting oil furnace in the system, which should be less than 30 degrees Celsius. 5. Planning the flow rate of the heat conducting oil in the tube without coking due to partial overheating. Generally, 2~4m/s flow rate is used in the radiation section. 6. Planning requires that the uniform heat intensity of the electric heating oil furnace tube be within a certain range, so that the heat conducting oil can not be overheated and the heat transfer area of the furnace tube can be fully utilized. 7. According to the working temperature of heat conducting oil in operation, the difference between smoke exhaust temperature and heat conducting oil temperature is best controlled at 80-120 C, and the smoke exhaust temperature is appropriate at 350-400 C. 8. Nonferrous metals and cast iron are strictly forbidden to be used in all pipes and accessories touched with heat conducting oil. Cast steel valves with nominal pressure of 2.5 MPa or more are used for flanges and valves. High temperature and oil resistant materials should be selected for seals. 9. Electrically heated heat conducting oil furnace must have a low-level drainage valve, and require it to be able to drain materials to ensure that no residual liquid is left. |
